Salesforce: many know what it is, few know what it does. With a portfolio of hundreds of products spanning sales, service, marketing, and more, Salesforce does too much to just call itself “CRM.” As a digital copywriter, it’s my job to convey Salesforce’s vast repository of products, events, and campaigns to our audience in a way that is clear, concise, and easy to digest. It’s a job that’s just as much learning as it is writing. Check out some of my favourite projects below.
Partner Relationship Management (PRM)
In light of new, robust product updates, the PRM team wanted to reestablish its presence on the Salesforce website with two new hub pages, and an ecosystem of spoke pages to drive traffic through industry-targeted SEO. My work on this page resulted in 50% increased traffic two months after updates.
Customer Stories
At Salesforce, we’re really jazzed about our customers. Customer Stories are blog-like pages that detail the relationship between Salesforce and it’s customers. It’s a way to celebrate our partners, and yeah, brag a little too. I am the point of contact for Customer Stories on the digital team. I edit and oversee the program from a copy perspective. Sometimes, I write the stories too.
